This part is used to support coil and make the coil rotate. Bearing capacity: 5T. Inner diameter: 470-530mm (adjustable according to demand). Equipped with brake device to prevent machine damage from impact during operation.
Guides the coil into correct position for roll forming. Includes hand pull cutting device for convenient pre-cutting when changing color or thickness.
Material is 45# Steel Quenching and Plating. Processed rollers are smooth, hard and rust-resistant. Will not leave scratches on sheets during operation.
Drives the cutter to start cutting operations. Hydraulic tank uses 46# hydraulic oil. Equipped with cooling fan for internal circulation cooling to prevent high oil temperature issues during operation. Solenoid valve brand: Huade.
