Important: The mold used in the tile press equipment requires one upper mold and six lower molds of the same size.
Mold Installation Procedure:
- Install upper and lower molds first - lower mold mounts directly on hexagonal wheel worktable
- Upper mold installs on bottom surface of slide with appropriate thickness plate
- Ensure even gap around all four sides when upper and lower molds are closed
- Distance between upper and lower mold should equal required blank thickness
- Use above model as reference for workbench indexing
- Install remaining five lower molds
- Begin pressing operation after all molds are installed
Pre-Operation Checklist:
- Check all connections for firmness
- Verify installation bolts and nuts are tightened
- Fill left and right chassis with lubrication oil
- Conduct test run and observe for vibration, noise, and oil window performance
- Ensure all moving parts coordinate properly
- Install mold only after successful test run
Safety Warning: When installing mold, always cut power and manually move motor belt or large gear to position worktable. Raise carriage to highest point and use support object between table and slide bottom surface to prevent accidents from natural fall of anti-skid seat.
