Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

 We are a manufacturer of rock tools with more than 10 years professional experience.

 Q2: Can you do the design for us?
 Yes, we have professional design & technic team with rich experience in development, we have done many orders for our customers with their        specific requirements

 Q3: Do you provide samples ? 
 We will provide a free sample, but you need to pay the sample and shipping costs at first. After you make a bulk order, you can refund your      sample  costs.
  For the products we have in our stock, we will send out the sample within 2-3 days. For the products out of stock or with your own design, we're    able to send out the sample within 15-20 days.

  Q4: How long is your delivery time?
  A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

  Q5: What is your terms of payment ?
  A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.

  Q6: What is your MOQ of the products?
  The normal MOQ is 1-50 pcs.
  While, if your order can not reach our MOQ, it will be fine if you can accept surcharge, the MOQ is not fixed, don't worry about it, we can further       discuss it.

  Q7: How can I believe that after payment you can send the goods to me?
  You don't need to worry about it. We are a trustable and relaible supplier.
