• Crawler drill rig which can be equipped with self-loading vehicle system with high supporting legs, making the transfer field light and flexible, select the heavy truck
• Equipped with efficient and powerful Cummins engine system
• Operation of walking seat, centralized control of operation platform, emergency stop button at the four corners of the drill, walking safety warning light and emergency fire extinguisher ensure the safety of operation
• Adopt multi-pump combined hydraulic system, with reasonable power distribution. Rotary and push stepless speed regulation multi-speed hydraulic control, suitable for different processes of core, well and blast hole
• Cylinder propulsion, folding and lengthening slide frame structure, 3-meter stroke, three drill pipe lifting, improving efficiency, easy maintenance
• Hydraulic double power head, high and low speed separate control, not only is conducive to diamond bit drilling and alloy bit drilling, but also drilling wells and blasting holes, running at high speed smooth, low speed large torque rotation, formation adaptability is better. RC reverse circulation and DD mud drilling conversion are convenient and flexible.
• Equipped with main and secondary winch for drilling pipe hoisting and rope core lift.
• Unique movable hydraulic shackle chuck can complete the connection and unloading of drill pipe at any position.
• Four-hydraulic leg is equipped with hydraulic leg locking and mechanical double locking mechanism, which makes long-term drilling operation more stable and ensures drilling accuracy
• The hydraulic system is equipped with an independent air-cooled hydraulic oil radiator, which can be optionally equipped with water-cooled radiator to ensure the continuous operation of drilling RIGS in high temperature climate conditions, and the hydraulic system works efficiently
• Equipped with simple and efficient rock powder collection device
• Quick-connect hydraulic mud mixing device
