This equipment is used to test the sealing performance of ceramic components of new energy car relay products.
Overview of Helium Leak Testing Equipment:
The leak testing equipment for ceramic components is displayed and controlled by touch screen and button switch. Workpieces are placed manually. Two stations are designed, and each station detects four products at the same time. Products with different specifications can be detected by changing the leak detection fixture. When the system detects the leak, the workpiece to be detected is manually placed on the leak detection tool, and the leak detection tool is communicated with the leak detector through the leak detection switching valve. After the workpiece is placed and positioned, the cylinder descends to push the helium nozzle to press the workpiece. Then start the auxiliary pump and start vacuumizing the interior of the workpiece. Then the leak detector continues to take time to clear the background. When the leak detector reaches the background value, the equipment is sprayed with helium.The leak detector judges the leak rate according to the helium gas infiltration.
