Introduction of Helium Leak Testing Equipment:

The Helium Leak Testing Equipment uses touch screen and push-button switch to display and control, manually place the workpiece, and test 1 product each time. Products of different specifications can be tested by replacing the leak detection tool. During the system leak detection, the workpiece to be tested is placed on the leak detection tool manually, and the leak detection tool is connected with the leak detector through the leak detection switch valve. After the workpiece is secured, the cylinder descends to push the helium nozzle to press the workpiece. Then the auxiliary pump is started to vacuum the inside of the workpiece. Then the leak detector continues to pump out to clear the background, and when the leak detector reaches the background value, the equipment sprays helium. The leak detector determines the leak rate according to the helium infiltration.
