Purpose of Home Appliance Testing Equipment:
It is used to test whether the Current-carrying hoses is resistant to crushing.
Feature of Home Appliance Testing Equipment
During the test, the current carrying hose is placed between the upper and lower pressure plates of the equipment (length and width 100X50m, long side rounded), the hose axis is at a right Angle to the long side of the pressure plate, and one end is about 350m from the edge of the pressure plate. After starting the equipment, the upper pressure plate squeezes the current carrying hose at a speed of 505mm/min until the pressure reaches 1.5kN, and then releases the pressure. Then the hose is tested for electrical strength.
