Application of Ceramic Pressure Test Device:
Ceramic material fuchsine pressure tester is used for ceramic component materials in household appliances to determine whether the ceramic material is tightly sintered.
Function of Ceramic material fuchsine pressure test apparatus:
The ceramic material is shattered into fragments, which are then submerged in a solution consisting of 1 gram of fuchsine per 100 grams of methylated spirit. This solution is kept under a pressure of at least 15 MPa for a duration such that the product of the test hours and the test pressure in megapascals totals approximately 180.
Afterward, the fragments are extracted from the solution, rinsed thoroughly, dried, and further broken down into finer pieces.
The newly exposed surfaces of these finer pieces are inspected, and they must not exhibit any visible traces of dye when examined with the naked eye.
