Production lines that fill more than one refrigerant need equipment that can change over without losing accuracy, and quality teams increasingly need a record of what was charged into every unit. The HongCe HC-RF-M4 combines multi-refrigerant support, precision weighing and full production-data traceability in one station.

Recipes hold the settings for each refrigerant and product, so switching from one to another is a matter of selecting the recipe rather than re-tuning the machine. Charging remains accurate across the changeover, whether the target is a small critical charge or a larger fill.

Weighing-based control keeps charge-to-charge variation small, which is what production consistency actually depends on. Accuracy is specified to within 0.5 g under 100 g and 0.5 percent above, giving a defined basis for process control.

Every charge is recorded with its recipe, quantity and result, and production data is retained for up to three years. The station connects to MES over RJ45 or RS-485, so the charging step becomes part of the same production record as the rest of the line.
