Product information:
The test probe is designed and manufactured according to the IEC 60335-2-16 clause 22.102. It is used to test concealment of the reset button of a protective device.
Appliance is checked by applying a rod in any direction to touch the protective device which is in off state. The diameter of rod is 76 mm ±0.1mm and it has a flat end. There shall be a distance of at least 1.5mm between the rod and the button. The protective device shall not be operated with the rod and not automatically reset.
