Manully Helium Sniffer Test for Products Assembly Line, Leak Detection System

The manual leak detction method is suitable to test leak of connection ports of assembled part, it is necessary to equipped with the helium charging and recovery system and helium leak detector with sniffer. The helium charging and recovery system is used to evacuate the test part, charge helium into the part and recover helium after testing. The operator finds the potential leak point with the sniffer of helium leak detector.

Test Concept

• Evacuate the product.
• Charge helium into the product till preset pressure.
• Find the potential leak point with the helium sniffer.
• Recover helum from the product.
