IEC Testing Equipment Test Cylinder To Check Reliability Of Fixed Structure

This device conforms to the IEC60884.1 clause 24.3. Cylindrical which is made of steel is used to check the reliability of the fixed structure of the surface mounted socket. 

Technical parameters:

Steel cylinder:

1. Size:Φ400*500mm.

2. Material: Chrome steel.

3. Equip with American type 8# and10# threaded holes.

4. Center distance: 75mm * 45mm, the thread hole layout is as follows:

Operation steps:

Use according to related standards of IEC60884.1 clause 24.3.

The base of the surface mounted socket should be fixed to the rigid steel cylinder, for the screw diameter is not greater than 3mm, please use the fixed base that the maximum torque is 0.5N.m, for the screw diameter is greater than 3mm, please use the fixed base that the maximum torque is 1.2N.m. Respectively fixed to the the side and the top of the steel cylinder shown as below picture, after test, test socket base should be able to use normally.

Note: considering the actual use of the equipment, only with the American type 8# and 10# thread hole, using maximum torque of 1.2N.m.
