This device conforms to the standard requirement of the IEC 60760-1, IEC 60730-2-9, GB 14536.1, GB 14536.10 and related standard test requirements to temperature sensing controls for house hold  and similars. 

It is an highly automatic intelligent equipment, with multiple function, can be use to perform on off test and life test, with the function of heating, blow cooling, electric loading, timing, auto stop and alarm function. Equiped with PLC and touchscreen, digital display meters. 

Operation is easy and convienent, all parameters can be set on touchscreen, set parameters and install test sample, press start, the device will complete the test automatically.

Operation procedure: 

1. Install samples to be test
2. Set Test Times in Test Interface
3. Select Automatic Reset (default is auto reset)
4. Press LOAD ON / OFF button, select load current
5. Heating delay setting: to set this time, please consider the heating time from ambient to tripping limit temperature. Set a long time can check the on off alarm function.
6. Blow reset delay setting: this is the blow cooling time from tripping to contacts reset. Set a long time can check the on off alarm function.
7. Go Main interface, press ZERO clear all data.
8. Then adjust the intake compressor air pressure to approximate 6 to 7 kg.
9. Press START on Main interface. Test equipment will start and complete the test.
