This equipment is according to the requirement standard of IEC60065 Figure 11 and IEC60950.1 clause 4.3.6 to manufacture. A device provided with pins intended to be introduced into fixed socket-outlets shall not impose undue strain on these socket-outlets.

Operation steps:

1. Level and balance adjustment

(1) Adjust the feet, to make the device in a level state, the bubble is in the center position.

(2) Rotate the lifting nut so that the balance arm is balanced and the bubble is in the center position.

2.Sample installation

(1) Select the socket clamp and tighten.

3.Torque measurement

(1) The appropriate weight is hung on the lower scale.

(2) Move the weight slowly until the balance arm is in a horizontal state.

Torque of the sample applied to the socket : Scale value X weight

For example:Torque:0.12mX2.5N=0.3Nm

Notice:

1.This device needs to be placed on a fixed horizontal table.

2.Balance arm rotation need to periodic lubrication
