The series of system is able to run the following tests:A. leak detection with pressure decay method to find Gross Leaks; B. Helium test with mass spectrometer to find Fine leaks.  

The series of system makes online mass production detection to be much easy, accurate and effective!

• Chambers: Two (for reference, demanded by customer)

Test Procedures:

The system proposed has a totally automatic cycle with manual load and unload of the Products.
The Test Cycle can be described in the following way:
A.  Manual load and sealed Products in the Test Chamber.
B. Closure of the Chamber.
C. Evacuation of the Chamber to a value of vacuum suitable for Leak Test with Mass Spectrometer. During the evacuation of the Chamber, the system will run the following Tests on the Products:
D. Pressure decay to reveal Gross Leaks;
E. Pressure discharge and Products evacuation;
F. Reaching a vacuum value suitable for transfer, that is to put the mass spectrometer in communication with the Test Chamber.
G. Reading of background, which is the residual Helium in the Test Chamber.
H. Pressurization of Products with Helium.
I.Leak test with Mass Spectrometer.
J.Ventilation of the Test Chamber (return to atmospheric pressure), helium recovery from the products to a specific pressure (depend on chosen parameters and final evacuation of the Products).
K.Opening of the Chamber
L.Manual unloads of Products.
