This helium filling and recovery system can work with manual sniffer detection for products assembly line , before sniffer detection, this system can fill nitrogen gas into the workpieces and then process gross leakage detection, and fill helium into helium into workpieces and then process vacuum, finally recover helium gas inside of the workpieces after sniffer detection.
