Automatic Vacuum Chamber Helium Leak Testing Equipment for Automotive AC Compressor

Working Principle:

According to the basic principle of helium leak detection, with helium as the tracer gas, helium is filled into the workpiece in the vacuum chamber, and then the helium leak detector can accurately and quickly judge the leakage of the workpiece.

Feature:

Operator connects and seals the return air inlet and exhaust vent of the workpiece by jig, then loads workpiece into vacuum chamber, and then connects the joint of the fixture with the fast joint inside the vacuum chamber. After the vacuum chamber door is closed, system will complete whole process of gross leak and strength test, vacuum, helium filling, fine leak test and helium recovery. The test cycle is fast, and leak detection accuracy is high.
