Production introduction:
This testing apparatus is design and manufactured according to IEC60730-1 standard figure 8 and annex A requirements, used for testing the controller marking durability performance.
The apparatus comply with the dimensions requirements of IEC 60730-1 Figure 8. Test times can be set from 1 to 999999 (default as 12 times), test rate 48 rpm. It is a easy operated professional equipment.

Test Operation
- Test Preparation: Insert the power supply ,turn on the power supply switch ,preset the test times as 12 times .
- Select the corresponding weight to install the sample.
- Press start button , the device reciprocates at a rate of 48 rpm and a stroke of 20mm ,it will be automatically stop when reaches the test times .The stop button lights and sound an alarm .
Presetting and parameters of instrument
| Counter/Timer: Press down [MD] for three seconds to enter setting state→ the display mode is[IN]→press ▲or ▼to select [U]mode →repress [MD]→the display mode is [CPS]→press ▲ or ▼to select [30]→this analogy→ finally press down [MD]for three seconds to complete the setting procedure. Press<left arrow to select the figures,and then press ▲upward or ▼downward to select the required number,and then press[MD] to confirm it.
