Product Introduction:
The plug cord flexibility test apparatus is designed and manufactured according to the standard requirement of IEC 60884-1 figure 21, which is used to process the bending test for the power cord of non rewirable plugs, appliances and similar electrical appliances (electric tools).
The device can be preset test times (up to 999999), it can carry out the test and calculate of the numbers of tests automatically. When the test times reach to the preset value, the system will shut down automatically and completion signals sound. Once the test apparatus connects to external load, it can be used to process test with load.

Application: This device is used for test the flexing properties of non-rewirable plugs (terminals) and non-rewirable portable socket-outlets, check the fatigue strength of the power cable and jacket.
Test sample: Non-rewirable plugs and non-rewirable portable socket-outlets
Feature: The speed reducing motor controls the crank sliding block structure to do the reciprocating motion, the left and right flexing angles are adjusted by manual scale, and angle automatic adjustment touch screen model can be customized.
Tester will automatic shutdown when preset test times completed.
