BJJCZ / EZCAD Fiber / DLC Laser Control Board For Marking Engraving
The DLC2-MC control board and EZCAD3 software can complete real-time synchronous control of 2D/3D scanning galvanometer and laser. The main working characteristics of the board are as follows:
(1) Support the following galvanometer protocols: XY2-100 (16-bit), XY2-100 (18-bit), SL2-100 (20-bit), JCZ-100; at the same time, special protocols can be customized according to customer requirements.
(2) Supports fiber, CO2, QCW, SPI, UV, YAG and other lasers through the laser expansion card
(3) DLC2-MC supports encoder feedback, interpolation motion and two-axis linkage
(4) Support 10 input and 8 output ports
The board interface is shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3:
The galvanometer interface (CON3) supports the enhanced XY2-100 data protocol, which can drive 2D/3D galvanometers. The interface type is 15-pin double-row pin (female head, 2.54mm pitch), its definition is as follows:
