Equipment Structure Overview
The equipment frame is constructed from A3 steel plate with aging treatment, featuring a 3-roller structure (1 upper, 2 lower). The lower rollers use a fixed structure while the upper roller employs slider movement adjustment. Three sets of turbine boxes are driven by motors to adjust upper and lower positions, connected by linking rods to ensure synchronization. Three independent wall plates are connected by shafts to maintain machine parallelism. The roller shaft diameter is 110mm with two sets of molds (inner arc and outer arc) on each side.
