Equipment Structure
The equipment frame utilizes A3 steel plate with aging treatment, featuring a 3-roller structure (1 upper, 2 lower). The lower roller employs a fixed structure while the upper roller uses slider movement adjustment. Three sets of turbine box drives, powered by motors, adjust the upper and lower positions with connecting rods ensuring synchronization. Three independent wall plates connected by shafts maintain machine parallelism with 110mm roller shaft diameter. Left and right mold sets handle inner and outer arcs, driven by a 15KW main motor through ZQ500 reducer and gear transmission system.
