Equipment Structure Overview
The equipment frame is constructed from A3 steel plate with aging treatment. Features a 3-roller structure (1 upper, 2 lower) with fixed lower rollers and adjustable upper rollers via slider movement. Three sets of turbine boxes driven by motors ensure synchronized upper and lower adjustment through connecting rods. Three independent wall plates connected by shafts maintain machine parallelism. Roller shaft diameter is 110mm with dual mold sets (inner arc and outer arc) on left and right sides.
