Equipment Structure Overview
The machine features a robust A3 steel frame with aging treatment, utilizing a 3-roller structure (1 upper, 2 lower). The lower rollers employ a fixed structure while the upper roller adjusts via slider movement. Three sets of turbine boxes, driven by motors and connected by linkage rods, ensure synchronized operation. Independent wall plates connected by shafts maintain machine parallelism throughout operation.
