Helmet Testing Equipment for High and Low Temperature Water Soaking Pre-treatment

1. Equipment Description:

Helmet pre-treatment test chamber is used for pre-processing before helmet to be tested.

The machine is applied to do pre-treatment of high temperature, low temperature, and water soaking

in constant temperature.The box can be custom made according to specific test standard.

Test method:

• Water soaking in constant temperature: the helmet is soaked in fresh water with temperature 20℃±2℃, which is used for pre-treatment of electrical insulation, impact absorption, and puncturing resistance test.
• High / low-temperature treatment: place the helmet in temperature regulating chamber for 3h under the temperature of 50℃±2℃, -10℃±2℃, and 20℃±2℃ which are used for impact absorption, anti-puncture, and flame resistance test.

2. Main Characteristics:

• External box is made of quality cool-rolled steel sheet, and the water bath case is made of 304B   mirror stainless steel sheet.
• PID temperature controller.
• Digital display timer and temperature gauge.
• Finned type stainless steel heater.
• Temperature fluctuation is ±2℃ for this machine.
