3. Description:

The tester is mainly used for the test of over-charge and over-discharge. Put the sample battery into the tank and connect to the charge and discharge tester to ensure the safety of the operator.

4. Features:

(1)Each testing tank: 500*500*500mm(W*D*H), or customized.

(2)Material:

★Outward box: A3 steel board with the thickness of 3mm.

★Interior box: SUS#201 stainless steel

(3) Single open-door with double decks and stainless steel material with the silicon sealing strip.

(4) Anti-explosion handle-lock

(5) Side convection window: Openings of 200x300 mm in the front and back or side for the heat loss. The stainless steel wire net can prevent the explosive substance from splashing.

(6) Put the Bakelite plate into the testing tank or paste Teflon tape for the insulation and burn resistance.

(7)Two round connecting circles in the back of the tank for connecting to testing wire.

(8)Independent panel to control the light and exhaust for each tank and the smoke detection alarm would start automatically when sensed smoke or fire.

(10) Thermal insulation design between each tank to prevent mutual influence.

(11) Safety Door automaticly opened if case of battery fire or explosion
