Coupling information:
Common couplings are rigid cross bakelite disc type and flexible steel disc type.
YC6105QC diesel fuel injection pump coupling. When the cross bakelite disc drives, it can compensate the coaxiality error of the main and driven shafts.
The coupling of the CA6110-2 diesel engine adopts a flexible rigid plate structure. Its principle is basically the same as that of the coupling of the fuel injection pump of the Yuchai YC6105QC diesel engine, except that the flange plate is changed to two sets of transmission steel sheets, namely the active transmission steel sheets. Group and driven transmission steel sheet group, use the flexibility of its circular elastic steel sheet to compensate for a small amount of coaxiality deviation between the main and driven shafts.
