The average if the maximum and minimum outside diameters as determined at any one cross section of the tube or pipe
Pipe- Seamless tube conforming to the particular dimensions commerccially known as standard pipe sizes
Tube- a hollow products of round or any othjer cross section having a continuous periphery.
