As-welded or cold-reduced mechanical tubing.

Round, Square, Rectangle, or special.

Welded Steel Tube Dimension:

OD ≤406.4mm

WT ≥0.51mm

Welded Steel Tube Grade:

MT-301,  MT-302, MT-304, MT-309S

MT-310S, MT-316, MT-316L, MT-317

MT-321, MT-347, MT-430, MT-430i

Welded Steel Tube Materials and Manufacture:

The tubes are manufactured from flat-rolled steel by automatic welding process.

Welded Steel Tube Delivery Condition:

1. As welded

2. Welded and annealed

3. Cold reduced

4. Cold reduced and annealed

Welded Steel Tube Inside diameter bead:

a. Bead not removed

b. Bead controlled to 0.005 in. (0.13mm) or 15% of the specified wall thickness, whichever is greater

c. Bead removed

Welded Steel Tube Surface Finish:

Tubes surface are free of scale

Welded Steel Tube Packing: 

In bundles with outside protection and seaworthy packing

Wooden box, crate, cartons, with a lifts on the bundles for easy loading and unloading
