Surface treatment: Galvanizing, to protect material from rust.
Precision seamless steel pipe as per DIN 2391 and EN 10305-1 ,there will be delivery condition :
BK: No heat treatment atfer the last cold-forming process.The tubes therefore have only low deformability.
BKW:After the last heat treatment there is a light finishing pass(cold drawing) with proper subsequent processing.the tube can be
Cold-formed(e.g.bent,expanded)within certain limits.
GBK:After the final cold-forming process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere or under vacuum.
NBK:The tubes are annealed above the upper transformation point in a controlled almosphere or under vacuum.
+C: No heat treatment after the final cold drawing process.
+LC:After the final heat treatment there is a suitable drawing pass.
+SR:After the final cold drawing process there is a stress relief heat treatment in a controlled atmosphere.
+A:After the final cold drawing process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere.
+N:After the final cold drawing operation,the tubes are normalized in a controlled atmosphere;
