EN10305-4 are used for seamless cold drawn precision steel tube for htdraulic and pneumatic power systems.
1.Brief introduction of seamless precision tube:
Manufacturing: The tubes shall be manufactured from hot finished seamless hollows bu cold drawing. The seamless precision tubes shall be delieved in the delivery condition +N whcih means that after the final drawing operation the tubes are normalized in a controlled atmosphere.
Appearance: The tubes shall have smooth outer ans inner surfaces with a roughness Ra≤4um.
Length: standard length of 6m (+50mm -0mm)
exact length of 6m (+10mm -0mm)
Straightness: OD＞15mm, in length greater than 1000mm, straightness of any tube length L shall not exceed 0.0015L. Over any one meter length, straightness shall not exceed 3mm.
