Special requirements:

1. Quality requirements:

Tolerance of OD:132.8-133.5mm

Tolerance of ID:124.5-125.2mm Tolerance of Length:-0/+5mm

Ellipticity: Roundness deviation≤0.10mm

Straightness deviation: Overall length direction≤0.5mm

2. Appearance requirements:

The inner and outer surface of the steel pipe shall be free from visible cracks, scabs and deformation caused by bumping bow,

and the surface roughness Ra<32um.

The outer end shall be free from deformation, elliptical notch and other defects, and the pipe body shall be free from pits

(pits deeper than 0.1mm are not allowed on the inner wall of the steel pipe),inclusions and other defects. There shall be no scratch (0.1mm).

Dirt on the inner hole: there shall be no oil pollution inside and outside the steel pipe or dirt and rust that can not be removed by fine sandpaper.

3. Packing requirements:

Casing cap at both ends of steel pipe, woven bag packing
