Material: ST35,ST37.4,ST45,ST52.4 etc
Surface Customization: NBK, Galvanization/Galvanized/Zinc Coated, Blue White Zinc (Trivalent Chromium Passivation),
Plating Colour Zinc(Trivalent Chromium Passivation), Yellow, Army-Green, Phosphated/Black Phosphated.
Production Routing:Quality carbon steel from bao steel etc big mill, cold drawing the heat treatment without oxidization,
NBK condition. Do nondestructive testing ,HT tests and do dipping oil antirust protection, Packed tube in wooden boxes.
Delivery Condition: BK(+C), BKW(+LC), BKS(+SR), GBK(+A),NBK( +N)
| BK (+C) Cold finished/hard | No heat treatment after the last cold forming process. |
| BKW (+LC) Cold finished/soft | After the last heat treatment there is a light finishing pass (cold drawing). |
| BKS (+SR) Cold finished/stress relieve annealed. | After the final cold forming process the tubes are stress relieve annealed. |
| GBK (+A) Annealed. | After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere. |
| NBK (+N) Normalized. | After the final cold forming process the tubes are annealed above the upper transformation point in a controlled atmosphere |
