Delivery condition:
BK BKW GBK NBK BKS
The surface of the steel pipe must have a smooth inner and outer surface suitable for the production method, and no surface
defects such as folding and heavy skin are allowed, and the average roughness Ra≤6.3μm
Diameter and wall thickness tolerance:
For steel pipes delivered as BK and BKW, the permissible diameter tolerances are subject to DIN2391 PtI. However, for the
steel pipe in the delivery state of BKS GBK NBK, due to heating deformation, the diameter deviation has increased, and the
allowable increase is as follows: S/D≥1/20 According to the value specified in the DIN2391 Pt1 dimension table.
1/40≤S/D＜1/20 1.5 times the value specified in the dimension table of DIN2391 Pt1
S/D<1/40 is twice the value specified in the DIN2391 Pt 1 dimension table.
Wall thickness tolerance is ±10% of nominal size
Bending deviation: The bending deviation is expressed by the deviation of a tension line with a length of 10000mm or a straight
edge at any two points parallel to the axis of the steel pipe
