Chemical composition: C≤0.30 Mn:0.79-1.3 P:≤0.035 Si:≤0.13-0.45

Different materials shall be used according to different service environments:

1. Generally, Q345R container plate, such as primary and secondary pressure vessels,

    shall be used. There is no flow of corrosive medium, and carbon steel composite plate can be used.

 2. In the environment of strong acid, high pressure, high temperature and nuclear energy,  

     corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, 16Mn and titanium alloy are needed.

Tube sheet protection operation process:

Tools and equipment: sand blasting equipment, canvas or plastic cloth for protection, cork,

 alcohol or acetone, scraper, auger, garbage bag, electric hand drill, working power supply,

 rubber gloves, hard hat, protective glasses, wiping cloth and brush.

It is mainly used in chemical vessels,

such as tubular heat exchanger, pressure vessel, boiler, condenser, central air conditioning,

evaporator and seawater desalination.

It plays the role of supporting and fixing tubular.

The metal material makes it not only have strong rigidity, but also have great heat conduction performance.
