1. Production Method:
The cold drawn welded Steel tube is produced by drawing ERW (electric resistance welded tube).
During this process the sizing (wall thickness, inside and outside diameter), as well as weld integrity
and surface finish is closely controlled to produce tube of the required size and mechanical property
characteristics.

Material: E235, E355, 26MnB5, 34MnB5, Q345B, STK490, 45#, 20Mn2, 30CrMo etc.
Outer Diameter Range:25-80 mm
Wall Thickness Range: 1-8 mm
t/D ≥ 0.2(Normal: t/D=0.1)
