Production Method:

The Stainless Steel Seamless Coiled Tubes is usually produced by cold drawing machine with a roller at the end, the stainless raw material tube shall go through a mandrel and die for target size, then cold drawn in a constant way to make the straight tubes into coil shapes with max length of around 500m per coil. The coil max lenght is varying from different diameters.

Seamless Coiled Precision Steel Tube could also be produced by stainless steel 304 tube.

The steel grade can be produced based on customer's requirement and their specific end use for their products.
