Feature:

1. Castings have high dimensional precision, surface roughness can reach 4-6 grades, and

surface roughness can reach 0.4-3.2μm, which can greatly reduce the machining allowance of castings.

2. Castings with complex shapes and difficult to be processed by other methods can be cast.

The outline size of the castings can be as small as a few millimeters, as large as thousands

of millimeters, with the thinnest wall thickness of 0.5mm, and the smallest hole diameter below 1.0.

3. High production flexibility, strong adaptability, can be used for mass production, but also suitable

for small batch or even single piece production
