3. Surafce condition: 
Smooth steel wire and coated steel wire.
 
4. Circle shape of wire:
The steel wire should have a uniform and regular loop shape. After the lashing wire is cut, the free circle diameter of the steel wire should not be less than the coil diameter of the steel wire, and the ring shape enlargement phenomenon is allowed, but the enlargement degree should be roughly uniform in the same coil and uniform batch of steel wires.
 
5. Surface quality
The surface of the steel wire should be smooth, and there should be no surface defects such as pull marks, tears, rust, etc. that have obvious adverse effects on the use of the steel wire.
