Gb5310 high pressure boiler tubes are mainly used to manufacture high-quality carbon structural steel, alloy

structural steel and stainless heat-resistant steel seamless steel tubes for steam boiler tubes with high pressure

and above. These boiler tubes work under high temperature and high pressure, and the tubes will also undergo

oxidation and corrosion under the action of high-temperature flue gas and steam. Therefore, the steel tubes are

required to have high lasting strength High oxidation resistance and good tissue stability.

Chemical composition test

(1) Gb3087-2008 seamless steel tubes for low and medium pressure boilers. The chemical composition

test method shall be in accordance with the relevant parts of gb222-84 and gb223 methods for chemical

analysis of iron, steel and alloy.

(2) GB5310-2008 seamless steel tubes for high pressure boilers. The chemical composition test method

shall be in accordance with the relevant parts of gb222-84, methods for chemical analysis of steel and alloy

and gb223 methods for chemical analysis of steel and alloy.
