Operation Process
- Fill the separation cavity with water and activate the pulsating equipment before feeding raw ore from the feed box
- Magnetic particles separate from non-magnetic particles through differential magnetic force, pulsating fluid force, and gravity
- Magnetic particles adhere to magnetic media while non-magnetic particles discharge through the iron discharge port
- After several minutes, perform magnetic cutting and flush magnetic particles from the magnetic media
Application Scope
This magnetic separator effectively purifies non-metallic minerals and separates low-intensity magnetic minerals. Non-metallic applications include quartz, feldspar, nepheline, fluorite, spodumene, and kaolin. Magnetic mineral separation covers hematite, wolframite, and tantalum-niobium ores.
