Usage: Suitable for 40-400 mesh feedstock iron elimination

Operation Process

Power on the system, then open the admission valve and slurry valve while closing the return slurry valve and iron discharging valve. Begin magnetizing process. After the desired time period (adjustable based on operational requirements), close the admission and slurry valves, then open the back slurry valve to discharge remaining slurry. Perform magnetic cutting, close all valves, and open the iron discharging valve to remove magnetic materials absorbed on the magnetic media.
