Operation Process
Dry powder is fed from the hopper while the separator operates in magnetizing mode with vibrator activation. After processing, feeding stops, magnetic device is cut off, and both vibrators continue running to discharge magnetic material from the magnetic media through vibration force.
Application Scope
This electromagnetic dry powder separator processes fine mineral particles including ferrous minerals (hematite, martite, limonite), nonferrous metals (wolframite), rare earth minerals (eremite), and nonmetallic minerals (feldspar, quartz, kaolin). Ideal for drought and water shortage areas, it serves kaolin beneficiation, feldspar processing, quartz purification, pharmaceutical ingredient treatment, and fine chemical applications.
