Operation Procedure

Power on the unit, then open admission and slurry valves while closing back slurry and iron discharge valves. Begin magnetization process.
After predetermined time (adjustable based on requirements), close admission and slurry valves. Open back slurry valve to discharge remaining slurry.
Cut magnetic field, close all valves except iron discharge valve. Open iron discharge valve to remove collected magnetic materials.
