Operation Process
Step-by-Step Operation
Feed dry powder through the hopper while activating the magnetizing system and primary vibrator. After processing, stop feeding, deactivate magnetic device, engage secondary vibrator, and discharge magnetic materials absorbed on magnetic media using vibration force.
Application Scope
This electromagnetic separator is ideal for processing fine mineral particles including:
- Ferrous minerals: hematite, martite, limonite, siderite, chromite, polianite
- Nonferrous metals: wolframite
