Operation Process
Power on the system, then open admission and slurry valves while closing return slurry and iron discharge valves. Begin magnetizing process. After predetermined time interval, close admission and slurry valves, open back slurry valve to discharge remaining slurry, then perform magnetic cutting. Close all valves and open iron discharge valve to remove magnetic materials absorbed on magnetic media.
