Operation Process
Startup Sequence
- Power on the system and activate electromagnetic field
- Open admission valve and slurry valve
- Close back slurry valve and iron discharging valve
Operation Cycle
- Set operational duration based on specific processing requirements
- Close admission and slurry valves after processing cycle
- Open back slurry valve to discharge remaining slurry
