The 5.5 kW Wet High Gradient Magnetic Separator is an advanced mineral processing equipment designed for efficient separation of low-intensity magnetic ores. With a processing capacity of 20-50 m³/h, this vertical ring magnetic separator overcomes the common issue of magnetic media blockage found in traditional flat ring separators.

Operation Process
The separation process begins by filling the cavity with water and activating the pulsating equipment. Raw ore is fed through the feed box, where magnetic particles are separated from non-magnetic particles through differential magnetic forces, pulsating fluid forces, and gravity. Magnetic particles adhere to the magnetic media while non-magnetic particles discharge separately. After several minutes, magnetic cutting occurs followed by flushing of magnetic particles from the media.
