Operation Process
Step 1: Fill separation cavity with water, activate pulsating equipment, and feed raw ore from feed box.
Step 2: Magnetic particles separate from non-magnetic particles through differential magnetic force, pulsating fluid force, and gravity.
Step 3: Magnetic particles adhere to magnetic media while non-magnetic particles discharge. After several minutes, magnetic cutting occurs followed by flushing of magnetic particles from media.
Application Scope
This magnetic separator is designed for purifying non-metallic minerals and separating low-intensity magnetic minerals. Applications include:
- Non-metallic minerals: Quartz, feldspar, nepheline, fluorite, spodumene, kaolin
- Low-intensity magnetic minerals: Hematite, wolframite, tantalum-niobium ores
