Operation Process
- Fill the separation cavity with water, activate the pulsating equipment, and feed raw ore from the feed box
- Magnetic particles separate from non-magnetic particles through differential magnetic force, pulsating fluid force, and gravity
- Magnetic particles adhere to magnetic media while non-magnetic particles discharge from iron discharge port
- After several minutes, perform magnetic cutting and flush magnetic particles from the magnetic media
